Lynette Noble

As founder of Noble Leadership Institute, LLC, Lynette partners with colleagues and clients to design immersive client service, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), leader development and organization transformation strategies.  Her leadership style of building resiliency, leading with empathy based upon best practices is complimentary to accelerating top-line revenue growth with a commitment to return on investment at the bottom line.  

Before founding the firm, Lynette served as Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer for privately held distribution and manufacturing firms.  Additionally, a sample roster of clients who benefit from her problem solving and consultative approach includes leisure and travel, automotive, aviation, construction, CPG, distribution, energy, and retail industry leaders.

Licenses and Certification

Lynette holds a Juris Doctorate from Northern Illinois University, with practice experience in labor and employment law matters.  She is committed to growth and development of community and purpose, which can be seen in attainment of the coveted Alumni Member Status within The Links, Inc., her years of service through Jack and Jill of America, Inc., and support of local and national candidates and efforts of the Black Women’s Agenda.

Lynette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Howard University as well as a J.D. from Northern Illinois University College of Law.
